What size dumpster do I need?
This is a complex question, we offer 10, 15, 20, and 30 yard containers. We also offer two different footprint sizes for 15 and 20 yard containers. Ask yourself do I have size restraints (foot print). Keep in mind the smaller the footprint the taller the sides to achieve equal yardage. Taller sides can sometimes make it a challenge to load by hand. A good rule of thumb is if you think all your material can fit in a certain size container, go one size bigger. Remember, going smaller doesn't always mean you save money. Give a staff member a description of what you are trying to achieve and we will assist you to make sure your container is sized appropriately.
Is the dump fee included in the price?
Yes. All of our pricing per container size is a flat rate. This Includes, Pick up, delivery, and tonnage. The price is what it is.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. All pricing is a flat rate. The only possible additional fee is a stagnant charge and or after hours/ weekend charge.
What is a stagnant charge?
A stagnant charge is a possible fee applied if a container sits on a job site or at a home longer than a 14 day average between dump and returns.
What is a dump and return?
As you fill a container and need another container returned to finish a project it is referred to as a dump and return. Each dump and return has the same flat rate applied each time.
What materials can not be dumped?
Any material classified as hazardous waste. These items need to be taken directly to your local county landfill recycling center. In some cases they will take these items free of charge to make sure they are recycled or disposed of correctly.
How many portable restrooms do I need?
We have a reference guide provided by the state of Florida department of health that provides the # of patrons/ # of hours of operation/ to the # of units and services on a graph scale. This graph is a safe guideline to follow. For your convenience we can forward this information to you or you can call one of our staff members and they can assist you, so that your event or construction site will always pass the sniff test.
What are your payment methods?
We Accept all major credit cards, personal checks, business checks, PayPal, and cash. Contractors and regular customers can apply for net 10.
Are you open weekends?
No. Office hours are Monday through Friday 7:30-5:30. However we do offer after hours and weekend service for an additional charge.
