What size dumpster do I need?
This is a complex question. We offer 10, 15, 20, and 30-yard containers. We also offer two different footprint sizes for 15- and 20-yard containers. Ask yourself, do I have size restraints (footprint)? Keep in mind the smaller the footprint, the taller the sides to achieve equal yardage. Taller sides can sometimes make it a challenge to load by hand. A good rule of thumb is if you think all your material can fit in a certain-size container, go one size bigger. Remember, going smaller doesn't always mean you save money. Give a staff member a description of what you are trying to achieve, and we will assist you to make sure your container is sized appropriately.
Is the dump fee included in the price?
Yes. Our flat-rate pricing includes pickup, delivery, and a set amount of tonnage based on the container size. If your load exceeds the included tonnage cap, additional charges will apply.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. Our pricing is transparent and flat rate. The only time your cost may change is if the dumpster exceeds the included weight limit. There are no city franchise fees, environmental fees, delivery fees, or removal fees—just simple, upfront pricing.
What is a stagnant charge?
A stagnant charge is a possible fee applied if a container sits on a job site or at a home longer than a 14-day average between dump and return.
What is a dump and return?
As you fill a container and need another container returned to finish a project, it is referred to as a dump and return. Each dump and return has the same rate applied each time.
What materials cannot be dumped?
Any material classified as hazardous waste. These items need to be taken directly to your local county landfill recycling center. In some cases they will take these items free of charge to make sure they are recycled or disposed of correctly.
How many portable restrooms do I need?
We have a reference guide provided by the State of Florida Department of Health that provides the number of patrons, the number of hours of operation, and the number of units and services on a graph scale. This graph is a safe guideline to follow. For your convenience, we can forward this information to you, or you can call one of our staff members, and they can assist you so that your event or construction site will always pass the sniff test.
What are your payment methods?
We accept all major credit cards, personal checks, business checks, PayPal, and cash. Contractors and regular customers can apply for net 10.
Are you open on weekends?
No. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30-5:30. However, we do offer after-hours and weekend service for an additional charge.
Do you have any employment opportunities?
We are always looking for and accepting applications for safe and courteous drivers, ambitious sales personnel, fabricators, and machine operators that can contribute to our friendly and knowledgeable staff continuing to grow and better serve our customers. Give us a call, email, or stop by our location during normal office hours to apply. We look forward to meeting you!
